Welcome. We’re Scott Santa and Anu Jakkam, a real estate team proudly serving the Flathead Valley and Northwest Montana.
Scott is a native of the Flathead Valley and brings deep local market knowledge along with a strong execution track record. He has closed approximately $70M as a listing agent and nearly $50M representing buyers across Northwest Montana, helping clients navigate transactions with confidence and clarity. Anu’s association with the Flathead Valley dates back more than 25 years. Her professional background spans engineering and corporate finance, with experience living and working in three different countries. Having worked on complex, high-stakes projects, she brings an analytical, investment-focused perspective to real estate transactions—helping clients think beyond the immediate deal and toward long-term outcomes. Anu is also an affiliate of Homes for Heroes, a program that gives back to the heroes in our community when they buy or sell a home. If you or someone you know is a teacher, firefighter/EMS professional, law enforcement officer, healthcare professional, or member of the military, we’d be happy to share how this program works and how it may benefit you. Additional information is available through the Homes for Heroes program as well.
This page offers a brief introduction to who we are and the services we provide. More importantly, we welcome the opportunity to connect and learn about your real estate goals—whether you’re actively planning a move or simply exploring your options.
We look forward to the conversation.
